Shouldn't e.g. ranking and places in Resource war and Arena are dependent of player's team and not some stronger buddies or guild mates who clear spaces for their weaker mates.

I'm sorry about this but the Developer team has decides to run the event like this so everyone have a opportunity to get some better rewards and resources.
