I guess the lv 10,20,30 chests aren't on the EU server anymore , but here's another issue. Foreword: I was next to the modem. All other games worked fine.

This is just a preview. I've also been spammed with that "network is unstable message" and lagged in literally every other aspect of the game. Totally unplayable.

Can you let me know what to do you mean by lv.10, lv.20, lv.30 chest being not available? Perhaps you can show me a screenshot of it.

For the lag issue, please try switching between your wi-fi and mobile data or force close the app and restart. If you have bound your account to one of the binding methods, you may try clearing your app cache or uninstall and reinstall the game. If you are still having lag issues, after doing so, please submit an in-game ticket to our support.
