Hi,
i lost out on tycoon because i couldnt log on from 23'30h-24h on the last day of tycoon, the total point that i lost was 2,58 mill point from lucky points in which it could have got over 15,35 mill points( i had 12,78 mill at 22h server time on the 25th) in the overall ranking, that would be good for 4TH place, screenshots included, can i got compensate for silver messenger?, thank you in advance

You should read what they are saying, there are rules and EVERYONE has to follow them. You might of gotten the rank, but you might also not of gotten the rank. Its simple

  • I know the rules, if it was my fault, I would never say anything, but it was the game bugs, glicthes, that is why I ask for customer support, good cutomer support will help their Paying customers to keep them, please the whole thing and look at the SS be fore u making any comment

But this is nothing like the seed scandel and it has long been GTA policy to not compensate when issues arrise like this as it wouldnt be fair to the players that did rank. There is no way to detemine where you would have ended up.

Im very sorry but there is nothing that can be done in this case.

  • Its not about rank - rather is about a problem that happened (GTA's fault) that occured in the game that prevented him from ranking properly - start there

GTA is the mother company that let Kabam/wonderhill carry the game, now Kabam/wonderhill doesn't have any support, so it is GTA side that I have to report to, if the game froze when I log on, then it is GTA side, so u can at least do something about this since I spent a lot of money on the last day to get the ranking only to be left out, and  GTA did compensate individual before when they had the seeds scandal.

I don't see any ss here, and I am not aware of any login issues on any servers from gta side,
apologies but individual tycoon compensations due to lag issues have been overruled by gta officials long time ago already

I post SS on the 3rd reply. it wasn't lag, I couldn't log on the gamethe last 15 mins beforetycoon end, the game froze

@nyx, u can see where I would have rank if u read the topic and look at all the sceenshots that I posted,all the other players did rank and got their prizes, I am sure GTA could compensate me for missing out the silver messenger hero, that is call custumer support when something is wrong with the products that we r paying a lot of money for it, please read the topic and look at all the SS including the recharges I did on that day, thank you
