Dear Player,

        Unfortunately support has found enough evidence that refunds have been made on your account as you show here in the post. If you have used a third party to purchase illegal diamonds they often use refunding that will result in an account suspension. Unfortunately an account suspension is not reversible as they have already done an investigation and found a violation to the ToS. If you wish to contact support you can do so via the ticket system.
