Automaric fraud protection

My credit card company did autofraud protection and got my account suspended. I called & fixed everything and im still getting treated like crap and getting no help even though im not the one that requested the refund. I tried Support but got a big "too bad" pretty much. Ive spent thousands on this game & never had an issue. There is only one support person that acts heartless and doesnt help at all. They should atleast help us instead of treating us like crap

The refund process was totally canceled and fixed & they literally still dont care. EVEN WHEN IT WASNT ME
