[Item Exchange Request] Bought the wrong mount, need an exchange

So this morning, I accidentally purchased a Primal Dragon Seal from the Wheel of Fortune lucky coins shop when I already have one. I can't sell it or do anything with it... meanwhile, there are 4 other mounts in that shop that I actually don't have yet. If possible, I'd like an exchange done either for my coins back (1000 coins), or an exchange for the Celestial Dolphin mount (800 coins). I'll just accept the loss on the remaining 200 coins since this was my mistake in the first place. I've seen item exchanges done on here in the past, so I'm hoping a mod can forward this request to the devs. If it helps any, I'm a VIP 10 and have been supporting the game since early this year. This is my first exchange request as well.
