its ridicilous this is why people feel helpless when it comes to support 6 days now all im getting is a  automated answer and no real info the problem will never get fixed these two  big companies are having trouble with 1 single problem and its about to be another weekend so theiy wont do nothing and all you get is automated answers because their just as clueless as the rest of us 6 days now still not able to play am I supposed to not be irritated? will i ever get to play again? because it sure doesnt feel like it and no updates or anything these mods dont know anyhting either they just here to keep heat off of the devs

We are waiting on yahoo to fix their issue, we do not have control over what is being done on their side, but the devs will be liaising with them trying to help them get it fixed asap. Sorry we cant give you an exact estimate by when it will be resolved.

  • atleast  you gave me a different reply then that other mod who was just giving a automated one I understand its not your gtarcades side but this problem shouldn't be nothing to fix bigger problems have been fixed faster then this current one are we supposed to be ok losing all this play time,resources,doing events? if it does get fixed we wont prob even get comp because gt saying its not on them

    excuse me it was an automated responce... It was the responce we had at the time and said exactly what silver said in different words... We have pushed and pushed with devs time and time again over it.

    The problem is coming from yahoo's side of the data process, we have gotten in touch with them and are trying to work together to resolve this issue as soon as possible...  but this isnt a GTA side error so while we are pushing yahoo to fix the issue we are dependent on them. See this is exactly what silver said but phrased differently

? Not sure that you saw above, but this time around, it really isnt us. This one is 100% yahoo. They have been contacted, but still have not fixed it.

  • I understand its on yahoo's side but why is it such a big problem why is it taking so long 7 Days now I haven't been able to play and the weekend is starting tomorrow and it will be another few days before they even get back on the problem im highly highly irriatated and angry  been playing since 2012 and never had this bad of a problem and we get the same ole reply as above everytime I ask

We are keeping them informed that it is still an issue. Unfortunately, because it isnt one that we ourselves can fix, we are on Yahoo's timetable, not our own.
