Does Secret Voucher Disappear? Please Answer

Since I've become used to terrible descriptions - I would like to have clarification on this please.

Currently there is just one item - dual 10 rune available for purchase with the Secret Voucher. The event is a few days long and the description says "items". Is it safe to assume that the item available to buy with the voucher will change every day? Also if you have a voucher it won't disappear until the end of the event right? It does not say refreshes at midnight.

And - does this voucher get removed or can I keep it until an item is available that I need?
