Hello, a few days ago I received a message stating, that there was a recharge issue with my account. I have not canceled any payments nor did any of my cards cancel their payments. I checked with my bank and there are no recharge issues with it nor with Facebook. I have been checking and calling everyone with this matter but see and find nothing. I have not made any complaints myself as well. Now I have contacted LOA several times and get no response for a week now and have filed several tickets. What is going on? Can I please get some assistance.

I have been waiting to hear from someone from LOA regarding the block of diamond purchasing. There are events happing now that I normally spend alot of cash on. Why has no one replyed back to me?
This is a very serious matter going on in LOA and the worse part is that I spent well over $500 this past month and this is what I get in return. Very Unprofessional.

if you play from FB, you should find the history of payment (in FB, under parameters/payments) and see which one has been disputed.
From my side, I have opened a report for devs to check what motivated the ban, but it might take long...

  • that's no trouble for me as I have 20 years of corporate legal back ground and she also said that it will take them long to look into the mater. after my extensive review of my account its something that's wrong on their part and they are trying to put the blame on me. Now there is something wrong there and I don't play that kind of games.

Its not the first time your acc had issues with charge back, and back then it was bank on its own deciding to do charge back on your behalf, not you.

  • The past issue was resolve appropriately and I was even willing to send LOA a payment for their error. But on this case I have contacted my bank and Facebook directly and they all tell me that they have nothing to do with this matter. So please so not try to tell me that this is cause by me or my bank.

Hello josec1975, please have patience as the devs are in holiday this week. They will be back next week and your report is a priority. And as for you getting all your money back, I would advise you to reconsider because not only the recharge will be blocked in that case.
