  • the only thing I can think of is that the diamonds are in transition but for some reason they are not being applied to the correct toon maybe? It's Jabby, level 67 on s956 Corianthor

  • I play that toon through the mini client and when I clicked on "recharge", it opened a microsoft edge window. I changed the email address to my PayPal there, put in the password and recharged. That's why I am thinking the system doesn't know which toon to apply those diamonds to

Thats possible, however, if you verified everything else prior to hitting submit it should go to the right person. It might be smart though to check any other accounts that you may have had open at the time for that server even if they had no toon there prior, in case it went to wrong account (as in log in) in general. Delay is the more likely scenario if all else is correct, in which case you will get the dias, and then we will have to send the precious.

Please keep in mind that it is the weekend, and the devs are on vacation, which is why the delay in checking and sending. I am absolutely able to make sure that the precious rewards get put on the report and will do so. however, in the future, please be sure that all SS are full screen.

now, I logged into Jabby on ua226 from another browser and the recharge is NOT in the recharge history, as per attached screenshot. Could you please refund the money with the above order number? The money was taken out of my account but was never credited to ANY of my toons, I checked on all of them. It's "lost in transition" I guess. I just recharged from within that browser on Jabby on ua226 and it went through, I got my Precious Pro and all. Looks like the problem lies in using the Mini Client and recharging.

  • I checked on my different toons and found the "missing" recharge for Coriantor (956) on another account that doesn't have a toon on that server. How do I proceed? Can I ask for a refund through PayPal or how does this work now?

meadow already make a report for you. Just a matter of time for this to be solved. You will get your diamonds and the Precious Pro too. So don 't need to ask refund from PayPal.

  • redsneakers, there is no toon on 956 (ua226) that is associated with the email address the recharge went on. Unless it's possible to credit the diamonds and precious pro (would be for a second $40 recharge in that case) on the actual Jabby toon which is associated with another email address.

    We understand that there is no toon. What happens is that the diamonds for the recharge are credited to the proper account, and the recharge is removed from the incorrect account. Since you did get a 40$ second recharge? We can update that in our reports (will need that second transaction ID), to have them send the second 40$ recharge collection for precious. Which will mean that we credit 4k dias or send them, and then send the 8k precious, for a total of 12000 diamonds when the devs get back

    perfect, those didnt load for me earlier! Please be patient, as explained above, the people who can do this are on vacation. However, this is recharge related, so barring some kind of imminent threat to the game (servers down, games down, etc), should be one of the first sets of things handled.
