form of cheating? The strongest player gets to share it if he pleases. It's just their option, and doesn't violate any policy.

yes I have same oppinion, this actually helps the entire cominity on server if the top BR player is not a selfish person.
When title is shared or rotated it is more fun and fives even small player a chance to get it ... and enjoy for 24Hrs.
So here I like this and our top players started to give away this title to motivate others to stay in game a bit more.
