CS wyrm gold failure

• Had blue wyrm, paid diamonds for gold but it remained blue. Refreshed and tried again, still stayed blue. My diamond amount went down by 600 both attempts. (Lost 1200 dia and still only ended up flying blue wyrm)

Hi Gree, the ticket system has been down for quite some time, it has been announced in game and on the forums and fb but unfortunately that information hasn't reached everyone still.
Would need to know the date you used the diamonds and if you had any ss for this would be appreciated also?
