single recharge reward is not alowing me to claim

I done 3 recharges today and it will not let me claim the single recharge of 2000 diamonds. I recharged 1$ then decided to do the 20$ then the 5$. I want my Wrathwings soul fragments and feathers !!!!!

In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Date Recharged
- Amount Recharged
- Unique Transaction ID (from your google payments profile, or your bank statement)

Any screenshots that prove your point should be uploaded first to an image-hosting website (like imgur.com), and then only copy and paste their links into your ticket. In your case, you should also upload screenshots that show the total amount recharged, and that the completion bonuses of your recharge rewards do exist and cannot be collected. The support might take up to 4 business days to respond.

"The support might take up to 4 business days to respond." so if it takes them 4 days to respond i will lose out on my rewards............... I do not understand why i must jump through all the hoops in order to receive what i paid for. It is simple look at the account in question look at transaction history look at available rewards and rewards claimed. Notice that reward not/unable to be claimed but all requirment have been fulfilled.

Ok i will play along but on the 5th day i will be disputuing the charges if it is not resolved.......
