Hi guys
I contact support by ingame ticket and email too but they doesn't answer me about 2 days ago..

In the last minute of the divine pet event I made a recharge to be sure to beat the first placed player in the event but when I was trying to"seal the beast" the button didn't work so I kept trying and trying again but after a few minutes attempting to enter the message "event ended" showed up at 23h59 and I lost everything because of this. I'm still shocked about this bug after I spent more than 1000 euro.. I need to know who can help me with this.. I'm talking about a lot of money and the biggest bug I ever suffer or read about.. How is that possible?? And why in-game support isn't helping me?
I'm very active and I really love this game.. I can provide any proof you want if someone just help me..

Dear player,

First of all I would like to express how unlucky I deem the situation as you were so close to receiving this pet reward.
Secondly, let me inform you that there is no other reported case of a bug or misbehaviour of the divine beast event and its button for Seals and Attacks. This can not be a bug, it is either a miscalculated management of the time available or device/connection lag.

Compensating players of these reports would mean that a user who correctly placed his timing to receive more points than someone else would be deprived of his well-earned pet, thus creating injustice towards this individual.

I understand how disheartened and frustrated you feel about this situation, but you also have to understand the policy behind our decision not to reward extra players based on occasions like these.

Because you never received any conplain about this kind of bug it means that it can't happen? I did the same timing the day before to get the daily reward and it works with same wifi connection so I can for sure tell you that I was victim of a bug.. Giving to me the 2 divine pets for that bug doesn't mean you must deprived another player from his nornally-earned pet.. I appreciate your fast answer but I think you can do something more about it.. I invested a lot of money in this game but I don't feel my rights are respected.. Nothing personal Wulf..

I can also tell you that I was in third place and the player who finished in third place he play it at the same time I was trying to seal the beast because I refreshed the game to control the scores and I saw him playing so I'm sure it was a bug.. I hope you can compense me with the 2 pets I could win without this bug.. contact the third place player and you will see..

Dear player,

You clearly misunderstood my intent. My job here is not to belittle a player's rights. It is to signify to players whether something can be done or not in regards to their claims.

Firstly, let me tell you that I have no power myself to compensate or reward any player. So this decision will not be on my hands.
Secondly, I also have to inform you, that this 'bug' you are referring to cannot be reproduced, even in the last minute of the test server. This means that the event functioned properly to all HKT/EU/EST servers up until its last minute, and that the reason you could not somehow increase your points in the last moments falls somewhere on your end.

So unless you have an actual recording of that exact moment (with the time and date shown) that you were trying to do your seals and attacks, I doubt the support will respond positively to your ticket.

Feel free to post again when 4 days have passed since the creation of your ticket and the support has not yet responded to you. I will make sure to forward your ticket as a delayed one, so as you can get a response the soonest possible.

I'm sorry to insist but I told you before that the third placed player was able to play and increase his points and immediately after I kept trying and trying and it didn't work.. So if the support contact this third placed player he will be able to confirm that he played in the last minutes and it worked.. why not me? In my opinion because of a bug..
