Forget to collect Recharge Reward

Hi, yesterday in 5th October 2017. I recharged 2 single 10k but forgot to collect the reward for 2 single 10k as well as Reward for 20k recharge.
Could anyone can help me to get those rewards? I really appreciate if you can.

Dear player,

It is really disheartening when something like this happens to a player, it has happened to me some times too.
However, let me inform you that we do not have any accountability on damage caused by player omissions to collect rewards and any kind of compensation would go beyond our policy and would be unfair to other players.

We are terribly sorry, but this happens because in your case that would not be compensation, but a special favour in order to receive rewards which were not acquired because of your mistake.
We humbly ask for your understanding.
