A brand NEW SUPPORT system will be online on Oct.10th, which is even more convenient and user-friendly for players to get their problems solved. Now let’s read on to learn more about this new support system.



In the new LoA2 support system, players can check FAQ for different categories in a more intuitive way.






Support Tickets:
If players cannot get the answer through the FAQ, they can get help by submitting tickets. The tickets will be replied by the LoA2 team.

The entry of submitting a ticket:
Click the “GM” button on the top right corner of the game screen or find the “Support” on Gtarcade official website to enter




How to submit a ticket:
Click the “SUBMIT A TICKET” button and fill in the corresponding information. After submitting the ticket, players can check the status of it from “My Ticket”. If your tickets got answered, players can give us a grade, which help us improve the quality of our costume service. And if the problem got solved, players can close that ticket.










The above are the details about this new support system. How do you think about it? We will keep optimizing this system in future, therefore all feedbacks and suggestions are welcome! Have fun in LoA2 and stay tuned for more great content coming!

Very good  idea to have a way the players raise questions and formal requests directly to the developers, who are the only ones who can give official answers and responses anyway. Real players who need real answers don't need to hear robotic echoes like "we will tell the developers but it is up to them to... blah... blah... blah..." if they can ask directly.

It is also good to forum mods if players don't need them since they can have more time to actually PLAY the game instead of wasting their time in these ghost town forums, which... isn't playing the game the reason why they come to LOA2?

Perhaps Youzu can now eliminate these GTArcade forums, since almost nobody post anyway.

This idea does seem like an improvement, also how about a Live Chat Help? I used to play a city building game where the devs could view a player's game screen and credit them with any game currency that they had lost due to a bug.  It might take sophisticated software to be able to do that, but any help is appreciated, and live chat is very immediate and personal help.

  • live chat help really helpful, but to apply this in the support system, they need to add software etc added in server plus more human resource, that mean another budget needed. if the game make some degree profit, i think this idea will implanted, hopefully

New support system dosn`t work, i try to send some tickets and i can`t. at first it say it must be less than 1000 characters, it was of 3300, well i try send it in parts of 998 characters, but i couldn`t anyway. it just didn`t send it. so please fix it, and alow it to accept more than 1000 character, (1000 characters isn`t enough sometimes)

All my previous open tickets were lost in the upgrade. Guess that sums up the idea of the new support system.
