We are sorry regarding your issue, I hope the steps below will make you solve this matter as soon as possible.
First of all make sure you are on a stable internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.
Secondly, please try and force close LoD, then clear the cache of both Play Store and Legacy of Discord from your phone App settings if you are on Android, and restart the game.
Alternatively, you can clear data of LoD in your phone settings and redownload any missing packages. You can also restart your device several times.
Moreover, you can delete and reinstall the game, only after you have bound your account to other e-mail sources like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
If none of the above worked, please try and contact the in-game support so they can have a check on your account. You can send them a web ticket by following this link: https://support.gtarcade.com/en/question/ticket/gid/182
or send them a ticket through the in-game ticketing service, as shown in the screenshot below:

Make sure you include your personal character ID and server ID as well as explaining your problem thoroughly in your ticket.
