Account suspended

Ok guys, same thing as many others according to the lod facebook page. Woke up this morning and found my account suspended. I'm vip 9, invested quite some money into this, although likely not as much as some, but hey, still money. Either way, I've placed tickets (though i still have two tickets from months ago, that have never been looked at), emailed and whatever else i could do.....sadly there's no number to call! I've always done fair play, encourage the same from other players and recharge quite regularly.
Any better help other than the generic facebook replies of you've somehow went against the tos would be great. Especially since tickets never get looked at, much less answered.
