If your payment has not gone through then follow up with your bank or credit card. Usually the message will be “Order Submitted” for payments that have not gone through.
For successful payment it will be “Recharge successful”.
If your payment has gone through and you did not receive your Topaz or rewards, please raise a ticket at the recharge support center (https://support.gtarcade.com/faq/index/cid/380/sid/400/gid/160).
Keep track of your ticket number for reference. It can be found in the Address bar. http://prnt.sc/f1wxwf
Please use Google Chrome to submit support ticket.
We, moderators, no longer take care of recharge issues.
If you have a problem with submitting a ticket let me know your In-Game name, Server, and Order Number so I can forward it to the Devs.
