URGENT HELP—DIAMONDS MISSING

Can someone please help me?   When I logged out last night I had 55k diamonds, and when I logged in just now, it is showing my diamonds at only 45k.  There are 10,000 diamonds missing *completely*. There are no new items in my bag to show that anything was purchased, no new pets or wings or anything. The 10,000 are simply GONE. I have been saving for months in anticipation of the First Anniversary Event coming up at the end this month, and losing 10,000 is VERY distressing!  


Please, please, can someone contact me, or look into my character and account, and solve this problem for me? Please hurry.

Note, I have pictures of screenshots from yesterday and this morning, to prove the difference but I play on iPad and this system says my photos are too large to be attached. I can email them direct to someone, or send them via LINE if wanted.
