Dear player,
All accounts that were banned recently have violated the ToS of Legacy of Discord at least once, either in the past or recently.
The main reasons that this bans came through were because of external diamond recharging and refunds.
Our automatic banning tool acts with mathematical precision, it does not make mistakes.
If 99 out of 100 people are not banned, this means that this 1 person banned has violated the ToS, simple as that.
Our banning process does not do any favors or picks 'victims', it acts fair and square. If someone has done something wrong, he gets punished.

Let's be honest with ourselves here. You're just a mod. Not a developer so you have very little if any evidence to back your claim of a system that makes no mistake. This game is full of glitches.
On one hand they should be happy with some of the BS you say to defend them. Lol!

Honestly you are full of it Mr.Mod because you can look at my history which I even pulled up and they are all legal purchases of diamonds tha!t I have made. Thousands just in this past month and you can me??? What a joke. Either get it fixed today and compensate me or ill he contacting some people that you would prefer I didn't.

I just went out and bought 200$ in Google play gift cards redeemed them and spent them on your game for this tycoon event and I'm banned the next day? I've spent thousands on here and if you think I'm going to let you give me by the book BS answers like this and not do anything then this game will be shut down real quick

Mathematical precision my rear end! I've never cheated on this game, haven't even used a curse word in the chat or anything....there's simply no cheating here or violation of tos. I literally still have money that's being taken out of my phonebill as we speak for the charges so far this month......explain to me, how you can charge me for something that you're not giving me access to? That's not a violation of terms, that's straight up theft. I hope the diamonds you guys get compensated for moderating are worth it. Anyone else, i recommend contacting the better business bureau and any other entities dealing with online theft!

I and several other people have been reporting someone on our server that has openly admitted they obtained diamonds illegally and your response is we have a system and we are not looking into it. Why would you not look into someone who openly admits to cheating! This is so aggravating
