In order to validate your claims, you should send a ticket to the in-game support, either through a web ticket (https://support.gtarcade.com/search/submit?gid=182) or through an in-game ticket, as per screenshot below:

You should report your character ID and server ID as well as explain to them your problem. You should also upload any screenshots that prove your claims to an image-hosting website like imgur.com and then copy-paste their link in the ticket.
