Starry Dream points missing

I have been saving Starry dreams points for some time now and thought to go for it this time. Looked at my points and only had 25! Not sure how many I had but was enough to make 1500 over the course of this event. What happened? Will provide screen shot of current status if that helps. Thanks Judith

Hi Judith, sorry can't really offer you any explanation to this just like that, have you asked your servermates if this happened to anyone else or is it just you?
