As a programmer/Network admin, I understand the need to update. The thing is that these updates should be seriously tested before they are implemented. Now that the recharge page has been done anew, I can't recharge anymore. I have had successful attempts in the past up til this stupid update to the page that was done with mistakes. Will there ever be a time that updates are properly tested before they are implemented?

Sorry to tell you nix. You are using a fallacy of composition. Just because you had no problem with recharging doesn't necessarily mean that everyone one else will have no problems. Not is this argument invalid, it is idiotic at best. I used the card the day before the stupid, improperly tested update. If it is the same supposed payment system, the problem should have existed the day before this update/upgrade using the same card. Using a different payment method is not a fix to the problem. How about GTArcade actually doing their jobs and properly test any updates/upgrades before implementing them? Better yet, actually do their jobs period and fix the many problem that exist?

  • It is the same card that was used before the bloody update. Using a different payment method, does not solve the bloody problem. How about actually solving the problem by fixing it and and actually doing their job.

even before the updates I recharge my account without any problem, but for a few days the payment with the same card is denied ...
I have already tried another card and it's the same problem ...
guys, stop with this crap and test your upgrades before implementation.

Its just a new format, the payment systems behind it are the same.... I just recharged and had no issues at all with it and honestly GTA wont reject payments its normally the bank or the 3rd party payment provider.

  • Fallacy of composition. Just because you had no problem doesn't necessarily everyone will have no problem. Considering how many people had issues with it leads us to conclude that there actually is a problem that you apparently aren't aware of.

Hi Sialla, what problem exactly? Did you check to make sure you added the CVC code from your credit card if your card is declined? That has been an issue with most users, but I don't see you post on this thread before describing your problem, so kind of difficult to help you, sorry

I'm very worried about the following:
when I replaced the language on the page https://user.gtarcade.com/payment/ in Russian, I received the following message:
"К сожалению функция пополнения недоступна в вашем текущем регионе." (Unfortunately, the recharge function is not available in your current region.)
I'm from Ukraine. Is it possible that your new instrument accepts payments not from all countries?

Thanks, that shouldn't be because of the language but your IP address if any, which recharge method did you try to use? And did it only say that when changing the language?
Different countries have different payment providers but it chooses the right one automatically according to your IP address, are you able to try PayPal? Usually when players have trouble using credit card payment can avoid that by using PayPal.

Prior to the bank, payments do not reach (usually my bank notifies the reason for the refusal)
I used the Credit Card. Well, I do not know how to use PayPal, or I will learn or I will stop playing)
