We are sorry to hear of the suspension of your account. We understand your dedication and passion for LoD and it is very upsetting when an occurance as such hampers your gameplay like that.
However, bare in mind that the in-game support team acts only when they have solid proof that there is suspicious behaviour on your account. This includes, but is not limited to, refunding, illegal recharge of diamonds, account sharing & selling, etc, as mentioned in the LoD Terms of Service.

If you believe your account has been mistreated and falsely accused, please send a ticket from another account so that a second investigation can take place on your main account. You can send a ticket either from the LoD website, or in-game. Please explain to them the situation, and provide them with the following information:
1. Character Name
2. Character ID
3. Server ID
4. Any links to screenshots that negate suspicious behaviour
After you send the ticket, a second investigation will take place on your account. Please wait patiently for the matter to be resolved. You will find the in-game support ticketing function through the instructions on the screenshot below, which you can send from a new account.
