There is an apparent limit on the number of recharges that a player can do in a given timeframe.  I have run into this problem on multiple occasions and I watched closely for the number of recharges before a failure occurs...or rather, get the "pending" message which I was informed by the mods that it is the same as a failure which it apparently is.

The limit seems to be 5 recharges as it always fails on the 6th one.  It was also noted that in the Precious Pro yesterday (2017/10/12) that there were only 5 options there for recharge and before there have been more than 5.  So apparently someone at GTA is aware of the limit.

This situation/condition makes no sense at all in as much as GTA's money hunger seems to be so great.  Don't they realize that the existence of such a limit will cost them real money in the long run?  World Pay, their payment processing provider, is where the limit is set and GTA should do something about it.  It's both frustrating and maddening at the same time when a player needs to recharge more times than 5 in the unknown "given" period.  For example, yesterday I completed the requirements for Precious Pro (5 recharges) and this morning I needed to recharge for the Monthy Card and it failed.  That's just not right as it interferes with gameplay and also costs GTA money.

One would think that with all the reported issues with recharges here in this forum that GTA would have someone competent in business processes to look into this and get the problems corrected once and for all.  I respect the Chinese intelligence in such matters and am perplexed that GTA doesn't seem to demonstrate that ability at all.  I could be wrong, however, as a player, I see otherwise.

Well, World Pay is the culprit, dragonlady.  I use PayPal and they processed the payment just fine.  The hold up was at World Pay, not PayPal or my bank...

Besides, I don't use credit cards...

I'm afraid this has got nothing to do with GTA but the payment providers automated fraud detection flagging the payments for your own protection, I suggest you take this up with your bank and/or credit card company, I can assure you GTA does not block your payments.

    Is not that the only post about this problem in the last two days and you're making us crazy?
    Check your systems again! You are the one who has a problem, it's easier not to fix it and it's perfectly polite to ignore us.
