The whole Palace Dungeon is very buggy since the last update!!
trophies, as runes, gold, slayer seals, relic essences etc, are displayed, but NOT to get...collect!
milestone, menu selection is missing.

I didn't know that was an issue that stops collecting. According to the official guide which I read long time ago the INVENTORY space was UNLIMITED and we shouldn't worry about it. Well guess again huh... like everything in this game....But thanks for letting me know...

Dear players, the issue happens when your relics were full in inventory. You need to clear some of those relics in order to collect trophies.  
We are sorry that the blue and purple relics cannot be sold currently. However, there will be an exchange event today for players to exchange those relics for augment stones etc. Please exchange the relics so that you can collect trophies normally.
Devs will do something about this issue in the next patch. We will be updated soon when they've decided the plan.

Yup can't buy runes except for the cash from raiding. Got 30k in my trophies bag and can't collect it. The real issue is the limited number of runes that can be bought each day.... 10 a day of each kind!!! I got nothing in 3 or 4 days now. I know nothing can be done 'cause devs are out for the weekend..

same issues for 2 days. it shows it collects but it doesn't!! Relic shop does not update. then you open trophies sack and it is full again you collect again and nothing and so on in circles. I have 19k slayers in my trophies sack and I can't use them.

now, day three, that is impossible to collect anything!
the problem is in inventoy menue, relics, the senseless relics: Holy Grail, Sacred Key, Cursed Ring and Mermaid Tears, fill the inventoy,so that no more space is left!
this relics can not be sold, recycled or be removed!
on Monday now, I'm assuming that this issue will be very quicky fixed.
I expect a compensation for this issue.

  • if the reason are these crappy relics then you can add one of them to a hero and upgrade it with all others. the inventory will get empty and you can try to collect again.

    better would be to choose a relict which can be rebirthed or "sold" cause then you will get a lot of exp potions back and all crappy blue relics are gone. of course it will take a lot of time to do this ^^
