Hello support team,

I was unsure who to email about my issue I am currently having. I tried to submit a ticket on your website but it would not let me. I tried linking my account to the website and that did not work either so I wanted to reach out to make sure my issue is looked at. Since submitting a ticket is not working for me. I sent an email to support@gtarcade.com and GTarcade@gtarcade.com regarding this issue with the same steps required for submitting a ticket issue under recharge payment issue.
Char name is: Maximus
Server: EST-1025


I was charged for a recharge purchase but yet failed to receive diamonds or restore them when i recharged. When I attempt to click on the same recharge and re-purchase it, it says "this in app purchase has already been bought. It will be restored for free". After waiting for it to restore it fails to restore and I still have yet to receive my diamonds no matter what I do.I also purchased these 2000 diamonds during a diamond rebate so I should be getting 4000 diamonds. I also did this during an event to be able to acquire divine hourglasses. This is a huge issue for me because I was charged for this purchase/recharge but yet failed to receive my diamonds. Please help me in assiting this issue.

Hello Jordan,

Have you tried submitting an in-game ticket? If you haven't please follow Submit an in-game ticket by going to "settings" -> "support"

If you are still not able to submit any ticket, feel free to come back here and I will do my best to assist you.
