Let me inform you that suspension of accounts does not take into consideration the amount spent, neither any potential future expenses from the player's side.
The suspension process is always fair and straightforward and does not give 'room' for second thoughts or special favours, when of course the evidence against that account is indubitable.
Bare in mind that the in-game support team acts only when they have solid proof that there is suspicious behaviour on your account. This includes, but is not limited to, refunding, illegal recharge of diamonds, account sharing & selling, etc, as mentioned in the LoD Terms of Service.

Permanent or temporary suspension can be easily discerned if you look at the time remaining when you are trying to log in to the account.
