Could you please explain thoroughly, or through a screenshot, what is this ''King's Chest'' you are referring to?
Is it the chest that players can open many times depending on their progress?

If you did not have this, I suggest you should contact the in-game support, either through a web ticket or an in-game ticket. They are the only ones who can assist you on that matter.

To make an in-game ticket, please follow the instructions as per screenshot below:

In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name

Any screenshots that prove your point should be uploaded in your ticket. If your image upload function does not work, upload your screenshots to an image-hosting website (like imgur.com), and then only copy and paste their links into your ticket. The support might take up to 4 business days to respond.
