Sorry for the inconvenience. Player reports can only be forwarded to the Support in order for them to have an effect.
If the ticket you have sent is older than 4 days and you have not yet had a response from the Support, please mention below your Character and Server IDs so that I can forward it to the Support as a delayed matter.
If you believe that a player is suspicious, you have to report him through the in-game ticket service, or through a web ticket. To send a web-ticket, follow this link: https://support.gtarcade.com/search/submit?gid=182
To send an in-game ticket, follow the steps in the screenshot below:

You should report both yours and the suspicious player's character ID and server ID. Proof of your claim should be uploaded in your ticket, by tapping on the ‘’Image’’ icon. If the image upload function does not work for you, upload your proof to an image-hosting website like imgur.com, and then provide the links of those in your ticket.
