Hi LOD,

There were recent suspension across servers that included many top 1~3 players.

Will you ever undo the suspension?  As a server player, it really hurts many servers.

Dear player,

Account suspensions have nothing to do with how much money a player has spent, or what rank he/she was when the suspension occured.

We will not revert our decision. The bans were fair and justified. Most of them happened because of refunds and third party diamond recharges. Some of those accounts were already banned in the past, but they could login through their other bound e-mails like Facebook or Twitter. Now, our banning process moved a step forward and prevented the already-banned accounts from entering through other bound account information.

This is why some people complain about their account ban. They believe they should not be banned, because their last refund was probably made many months ago, and there was not a reason to ban it now after all this time. However, those players should know that their GTA Arcade account was already banned, but they could still log in through their other e-mails.

My account has been suspended, capital placed holds during a tycoon, In which I did speak with Google having the charges rebilled. Thus paying for the purchases, is that statement across the board? Just curious, I've bought over 4 Million diamonds, I've got quite a bit invested. I've submitted tickets, billing screenshots, etc.

The problem is that your policy has a flaw. Your autoban tool is a total joke. You didn't consider that there will be some instances of unintended refund. My recent purchase has been overcharged and I did report it to iTunes as what I have been instructed by your support. I only used the reportaproblem website but did not give iTunes any consent to refund my purchase. Unfortunately, they only responded to me when they have already triggered the refund. Now my account is in jeopardy due to something I dont have any control. Are you telling me that I dont have any rights to report the overcharge? As what I am experiencing, LOD and iTunes are just pointing fingers at each other.
I'm sure that I'm not the only player who is experiencing this. Some might also be a victim like me.

I understand your concern and the best way to solve it, is by contacting our support. It would be very beneficial if you are able to explain in detail the issue you are experiencing. However, keep in mind that, while you may genuinely not intend to make any refund, others who did refund on purpose may use this exact story knowing that it may let them get away with the suspension.

Therefore, if your account is wrongly suspended or something that happened that may result in your account being suspended, I strongly encourage you to contact our support team right away.
