I'm trying to help a Portuguese (Brazilian) speaking player in my guild whose translator stopped working. So far we've tried:
- Restarting the game
- Turning the translator off and then back on
- Turning the translator off, restarting the game and then turning the translator back on
- Reinstalling the game
- Clearing the data and cache, uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game
- Restarting the phone
Any other ideas to try to get her translator working again?

Dear player,

The steps you followed should be more than enough to fix the Translator issue your friend is having.
Some more things he could do are the following:
- Switch to a different device, if possible.
- Clear the cache of: Google Play Store, Google Play Services, Google Play Games & Legacy of Discord
- Download the Microsoft Translator app to his phone, and see if that makes any difference.

There are reports where the in-game Translator does not work properly for some time, but it goes back to normal after some hours or a day.

If the matter is not resolved by now, please report below the server and character ID of your friend, so we can report this issue to the development team.

    Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately there wasn't another device available and the other two didn't work.

    The server is EST-1263 and the player ID is 232722925. Her translator stopped working sometime on Sunday.

    Player ID 111722925 (server EST-1263) also has a non-functioning translator but I don't know what troubleshooting steps he has done or how long the translator hasn't been working.
