ARMAMENT ARTIFACT 2

Yesterday i put on the thread of what happened to my ARTIFACT ARMAMENT AUREATE ARMOR which i augment to 12 and few minutes the augment was lost and reset to 0..
Now the thing is, the ENHANCE also was reset to 0...
What's going on here??????
