Hola Dear Lod .
I am a Spainish player of this wonderful game .I love it so much, but now something troubles make me Disappointed.
The first time i palyed in EU 1138 that i felt everything is fantastic , no lag no bug ,so I spent €250 but I was a rookie so missed a lot of evets to grouw up .
Then i wanna to be a great guardian ,change to EU1149(20.10.17 16: 00) and spent€150 yet . but I found Server has a terrible lag for me . Ping is 25-125 buteverything finished after 2-3 s .As those photos I uploaded , I use skill but 0dmg to damod ,and time is frozen .So i should make 20k but just 1.4k on theearth .  I cannot get a wondful feeling in the game , cannot get thelast-hit of boss , cannot get the reward of arena. Maybe the server ofafternoon is just for Russian rather than West EU? I have missed too much fun.So I want you to apply for €150 refund for me and delete my account of EU1149.

Dear player,

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing.
There is not any particular server for specific regions, every EU server should have the same latency whatsoever.

However, keep in mind that refunds will get your account banned and that is irreversible.
To check if you are eligible for a refund, you have to contact the Support.

You can reach them through a web ticket here (https://support.gtarcade.com/search/submit?gid=182), or through the in-game ticketing service, as shown in the screenshot below:


Mention to them your problem, providing your server and character IDs. Any screenshots that can be used as proof, can be uploaded to your ticket by tapping on the 'Image' icon. Alternatively, you may upload these screenshots to an image-hosting website like imgur.com and then provide the links of those in your ticket.

It is up to the Support service to decide if you are eligible for a refund or not.

  • But the problem is ... I could play smothly in EU 1138 1139 1140 and 1150 1152  just 1149 has lag .a terrible lag !
