Reinstalled the app, lost all progress

I don't remember what server I was playing on, just wondering if maybe someone would recognize my username. It's JukesOfDoom, check your rankings I'm pretty far up there. I have more information obviously, and I've submitted tickets through gtarcade and the game client itself. I created the account with the use Facebook option. I didn't even set a password. I think my progress is associated with an email randomly generated by the game.
Also any info on how to find out what server I was on would be appreciated.
