Hello,

On my server I was online for the final and watched my fight. I won. Then I sat there looking at my dead opponent and waited. Nothing happened until a couple of minutes passed and the Global Announcements of the event ending appeared. I was still stuck in the arena, however.

I closed the app as there was no other way to exit the fight, my opponent still on the floor, and my auto-fighting self still activating the pet skill buff on cooldown.

My server: EU_808 (which is s2760 merged with s2870)

Winner of Heaven (my fight) shows a question mark. The other 3 show their winners. My opponent was, coincidentally (perhaps) from the same server as me, and appeared online about 10-15 minutes after the event had ended, upgraded his character and has went a little past me. People are now saying a message came up that he has now won, AFTER THE EVENT WAS ALREADY FINISHED!
Winner still shows a '?'. This must be fixed. I won fair and square. Please investigate this please.

Hello, we have almost the same problem.
Im on EU-883 id 41773102.

2 of the 4 realm got bugged. I dont know when the other connected, but i did at 19H02 or 03 maybe.
And it didnt show the fight.

Now we dont have any winner for 2 of the 4 realm. Even if i dont mind much since i have no chance to win the champion tittle ^^ but it still hurts for the warmonger's wings rewards and for the 2 days reward for the server.

Is that a bug or did something had not been done but the opponents ?

Server: EU-1003 Pers: Unforgiven
Good afternoon. As of 19: 00-19: 02 on Sunday, I won the battle for the title of King. Apparently there was a server failure and the title was not determined until today, which I wrote in support of the account. After correcting the problem, my rival got the title. Please correct it.

Update to my issue, as I said in the original post, I won the final. Now the issue has been 'corrected' I find upon logging in that my opponent has been given the title. This is rather unacceptable considering the evidence I put into the support ticket I filed yesterday (I've replied to the response given to me there already upon discovering this travesty of an outcome), and the money I spent before the final to gain the victory that has now been stolen from me.

Please fix this.

Yes, I'm familiar with your autochat system. It works excellently.
But support should work with log files of servers and not with chat and not even with screenshots. This is a game with real money, not with photos of the screen. So celebrating your birthday with bugs is unpleasant, but fixing errors with the answer is: "Dear player: Hello, sorry, without a screenshot, we can not check for you. Thank you for your patience." it's just a shame. Happy Birthday!
