Sir/Ma'am This is honestly speaking... im not rich to spend money in this kind of game. but i really admire it. so i did, but there is a kind of disappointment Diamond rebate is not working? is it possible that you can see my spend history? You can see there that i recharge two times. 1 250 pesos and then i cant claim the diamond rebate. i expect that there is just a small bug and i try it again at 50 amount. but there is no claim again. will you please help me? This is so serious for me. Im crying right now. huhuhuhu

For recharge issues, please resort to the ingame support by contacting them through an ingame or a web ticket.

To make an in-game ticket, please follow the instructions as per screenshot below:


Alternatively, to contact the support through the web, please visit the following link and create your ticket:

In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Date Recharged
- Amount Recharged
- Unique Transaction ID (from your google payments profile, or your bank statement)

Any screenshots that prove your point should be uploaded first to an image-hosting website (like imgur.com), and then only copy and paste their links into your ticket. The support might take up to 4 business days to respond.
