Hi there, I gather you mean Navigation King? This event will return after Halloween, Ghost Ship is only temporarily on it's place and it was supposed to be there only once, players requested it to be added one more time in order for them to be able to use the leftover ghost fish, this is the last possibility to use the ghost fish,
after this Ghost Ship the ghost fishes will expire and next time we will have Navigation King again, that is the information I have, hope this helps
