All I can do is ask then to consider compensating the missing items and removing what you have diff from rank 200. This will not be a given or any sort of promise, especially because you have not used the diamonds you said you would've used. So if they agree they might remove the diamonds you are talking about as well. And please stick to 1 thread only when you report an issue, getting spread all over the forum is not going to help you case in any way. Also reply to the post, not quick reply, so it can bump your thread when you answer, thanks.
