i have tickets that devs are working on re: missing isolde shards during xserver tycoon ,now my support tickets have gone missing ,so i cant  check for updates on my issue.

upon checking yet again i looked at closed tickets ,why on earth would  a ticket be closed when i was told to wait for an answer from the dev/tech department, makes no sense to me ??????
filled yet another ticket for the same issue .
ON MY LAST TICKET,I ASKED ABOUT MY MISSING SHARDS QUEEN OF THE FROST ISOLDE,I WAS TOLD TO WAIT WHILE THE DEV/TECH LOOKED INTO THIS , I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO ANSWER AS TO WHAT HAPPENED AND YOU WENT AND CLOSED MY TICKETS , WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN THAT ?? IM STILL MISSING MY SHARDS AND WANT THEM REPLACED .


Can someone ,who knows what they aredoing lookfurther into my issue as this isnt good enough .

The reason for this was the mechanism of our new customer service system. All of these issues are known to the devs and they are working on optimizing the whole system.

I have been informed that we need abit more information about the issue. How many Isolde shards you had, when did you noticed that they were missing and what game actions you have taken at that time ?

  • during  x server tycoon ,on last day available to claim  Isolde queen of frost shards from tycoon rewards , approx 12.01 to 1.30 server time , 2 shards .  kept checking event reward panel,refreshing ,did NOT see that i had made any error
