I had created 2 tickets 4 days ago and the system mentions that they would be replied within 2 days !
How much longer will that take ?

Practically we must ....

Let everyone know the facts own writing on the forum , because in GTA does not know how to manage a service ticket and the privacy of each one of us for gta is a euphemism...congrat GTARCADE

Support tickets havent worked in a long time... there has been numerous announcements about this.

Thanks for your help.
I had created multiple support tickets, i am combining them into one here -
Server: CityofSwords1400
Player ID: 1389

Issue #1.
I downloaded the mini client for the client download reward. But even after installing it and logging with that i am still not able to collect that reward. That click is still disabled.Screenshot attached of the mini client launcher on my system.




Issue #2.
In hot events 'must have elite' there was a bonus for ehnacing equipment.
Even after enhancing sword to +27 and spending millions of gold, i still cannot claim the reward. Screenshots attached.
        



Issue #3.
I wanted to buy the angels and demons package in hot events for demon wing and costume combination which is on sale.
By mistake i bought in the wrong shop and overpaid full price for just the wings at 1688 diamonds.  Can you please fix this, i would highly appreciate it. I wanted the the promotional angel and demon pacakage for 888 diamonds instead of this one.

Issue #1
Need you to provide screenshot from your game showing that the click are disabled to collect the reward.

Issue #2
Need you to provide full screenshot (which shows your IGN not cropped) from the Hot Events for that 'Must Have Elite'

Issue #3
The exact name of the shop that you bought the clothing and also on which date you bought them.

#1. Mini Client reward not clickable screen shot attached.


#2. I don't have the full screenshot for must have elite reward. I cropped it to upload it and now that reward option is no longer present so i can't take it any more. If i had know this before i would have taken full screenshot.

I am not concerned about this reward because it is such small amount. However, its disappointing how this system glitches (mini client, angel quiz wrong answers, support tickets not working, cross server not working) have cost me actual money, time , and a lot of headache. How i am supposed to know that your support tickets system doesn't work when the website still has the links and pages to submit a ticket ? I started playing again after 3 years and i am not aware of what has changed. Even the links in your official guide are broken. I have been trying to unsucessfully queue up for cross server for 4 days and just found out that it hasn't worked in years. Then why keep the icon in the game !


#3. I have attached the screenshot of the shop i purchased this from as well. If you don't see these, tell me how to send it you because they are not displaying in my reply screen even after multiple uploads. The name of the shop is "hot" tab in "Shop". I instead wanted the wings+costume set which was in "hot items". I bought it on either the 23rd or 24th october (last week - monday or tuesday) Can you please help me with this ?

Ok, thanks for the ss, that costume is your own stupidity really but since your server had a lot of hickups at start I'll ask if it's a possibility to be replaced, please be more careful in the future because we don't usually compensate for player mistakes more than once a year
