Thanks for replying to my thread earlier, Vita. But my problem is that I have sent 2 tickets but am not recieving any reply from them. I have provided all the info as you stated. After sending the ticket I received a message that the ticket was received and the support team is reviewing it but I am receiving no reply from them. Please help. I need to go back online to save diamonds for halloween and recharge.

Dear Player,

I can understand how you feel, but please be patient while our support team will review your tickets.

When did you submit your tickets?
Did you submit your tickets to ingame support or through our website support?
Can your reply to that ticket as well as a reminder?

Actually it is weekend, and you need to know that the support process will usually take up to 3 working days until you get an answer. Working days are Monday - Friday.

If you did not receive any response when these 3 working days are over, please contact us again and tell us your character ID, your server and the exact submission times of your tickets so we can include them to the delayed ticket list.
