MISSING LEVEL UPS !!!!! URGENT

Yesterday (10/30) when my experience bar got full instead of going from level 49 to level 50, my level DID NOT change. Instead the experince bar just went backt to zero !!!Because you guys don't believe anything without screenshots I painstakingly worked to get the issue to repeat and it did!.

Sreenschot 1: Lvl 49 and Exp almost full from an hour ago (10/31), Look at the BR too.



Screenshot 2: After i gained more experience just now (10/31) the exp bar went to zero and level DID NOT GO UP again for a second time !!! Look at the BR, higher than the first time. But level doesn't change.




I have lost 2 days in trying to level up and i have lost 2 missing levels. I should be on level 51 right now !!!
Please fix this ASAP. I am also unable to claim the new player reward bonus for levelling up, as well as the first recharge bonus for lvl 50 and other hot events because of this. If its not fixed today itself i will also miss out on those bonuses.

i also tried to go to astral and click on lvl 50 but it tell me "level too low"

1389 can you try hovering your mouse over the experience bar (and take another screen shot) so that it shows you how much experience you have and how far you are from reaching the next level.

here it is. but this is for right now, that is after the experience went to 0 (restarted) for the second time after i filled up the experience bar.
In my first screenshot you can see the color of the experience bar which tell you it was almost full. I have also attached a zoomed in image of the first screenshot experience bar.

Ok well I and many others have encountered the fake purple exp bar showing more than there actually is before. But hovering over your exp bar shows the correct current experience, you can try to get the purple bar to show again, and check the exp bar what it says, should still say the same amount.

Well i have already attached the screenshot just before you replied. you can see the experience bar with the hover over numbers.
In the hover screenshot u can see the experience from when i took the screen shot  20 mins ago. right now the experience has gone a little up because as you should be knowing that experience keep growing a little even in away mode.

this is a very serious issue , i have missed two level ups. Whats the point of me playing this game if this happens. Instead of trying to accuse me falsifying screenshots why don't you guys go and check some server logs and see what really happened. It would all be there i assume.

We arent saying that you are supplying fake evidence or anything just that there are bugs where the purple part of the exp bar increases drastically momentarily (due to a visual glitch of some sort, which corrects itself after some time if you refresh etc). But if you have levelled up recently, maybe you should try doing a refresh and then check if you can light up the astral

I will do refreshes again after sometime (already done it as well) BUT this happened to me twice. once yesterday and once today !

I didn't take screenshots of the first time because i had no idea something like this could happen. I mean who takes screenshots everytime they are about to level up. So i went through the loops and blitz and gained the experience again, and now this has happened for the second time. This time i took screenshots.

Please help me fix this.

*EDIT - after logging out and logging back in, my lvl went up to 50 !
But i missed two level ups. Its only gone up 1 level ???

Well I would assume that the second time you saw that nearly full purple bar, was the bugged visual glitch i mentioned, which corrects itself after some time. So you got the level up for the actual experience you acc-umulated and the purple bar would go back to its actual progress
