Skill "works in conjunction with dodge"?

There are a couple skills - one is with the Steed mount - description says "works in conjunction with dodge". What does this mean? Does it mean the skill only works if that hero dodges that round or if the target does or just what the heck is that supposed to mean?

I have had mixed answers and I am not sure they were correct so I'd like to know from Devs - what does that mean. I'm wondering if something got lost in translation or just what it is.

It means that both that that mean both dodge and skill effect work togather, thus increasing the chance of not reciving any damage.

Well i am pretty sure that the divine steed was released after Moira was out so i know how that works because i see it all the time on Moira.

Let's say that you have a 15% chance to dodge, while all other heroes (except Moira) only have this dodge chance Moira also has a different (you can say it's extra or bonus) 15% chance to become immune to damage.

So in other words when an attack lands on Moira and she does not dodge it then she may avoid it completely thanks to this skill.
