Daily loops/Hot events

In little helper Loop Quests was one of the items checked and it went thru all the items that were checked. Later I went to do the Fairy Explore and I noticed that I did not have enough stamina so I went into Hot Events and in the "Must-Have Common" I got some more stamina from both the 30 and 50 loop Quest prizes and was able to do the explore in Fairy now. All went well until I went to Hot Events again later and under the Events tab: "Must-Have Common II" I went to claim the 30 and 50 Loop Quests prizes and I was not able to claim those prizes - it said that I did not do any of the loops 0/50. I look at the Quest Tracker and that too says that I have not done any quests. I don't have anymore stamina to do them again nor should I have to.

I have a second player on the same Server and has the same issue and did a similar procedure but whenI went to get more stamina from the Hot Events and in the Must-Have Common I got some more stamina from only the 30 loop Quest prize. In the "Must-Have Common II" I went to claim the 30 and 50 Loop Quests prizes and I was not able to claim those prizes also I was not able to claim the prize now in the 50 loop prize in the "Must-Have Common" room also.

So both areas of 30 and 50 loop Quest prizes have the same problem The "Must-Have Common" and the "Must-Have Common II"
Note: I did refresh once between the time that I first did the loops and later tried to claim in the "Must-Have Common II" - Maybe the refreshing reset everything.

The whole of the loops were reset due to continuing issues....

Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing we can do... We will be asking if a comp can be released but as its the weekend its unlikely to be before monday

Hi Spiderweb we know that the loops were reset across all servers, but it shouldnt have affected your option to collect from Hot Events if it was already completed, can you upload a full screen shot (showing IGN) of your Hot Events Must Haves Common and Must Haves - Common II
