Loop Quest Bug

It's already twice in a week,we get a loop quest bug where we made them and we don't get any rewards in hot events,wasting stamina then after 13.00 GMT time they appear again..Now stamina is low and need to waste diamonds to make them,that should need a little compensation for that.

They were reset for all servers, so if you completed your loops you dont have to do them again. But it was done to help fix the issues across multiple servers with missing loops and arena attempts, if the problem is resolved then they may look at compensating those serves (if we have all info, IGN, server, platform) of who missed out on the rewards.

main problem is here...did loop quest but can't collect in must haves - common II...and this is second time this week

The whole of the loops were reset due to continuing issues....

Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing we can do... We will be asking if a comp can be released but as its the weekend its unlikely to be before monday
