Loop Quest no HE collection

I finished my loop quest just hr after reset.  I just now log back in to collect HE .  But they are not available for collection.  And the loop quest all reseted as well.  Now I dont have enough stamina to do any more dailies.   Please fix this  The HE collection isn't much.  But they add up.  Please advise.  SS attached, thank you

The whole of the loops were reset due to continuing issues....

Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing we can do... We will be asking if a comp can be released but as its the weekend its unlikely to be before monday
