Missing Totem Guardian Reward

Hi,

I defeted totem guardian (7-10) and got mail indicating that should receive a reward.  In this case it was a level 30 Lightening Totem.
I retrieved the reward (see screen shot) but it did not show up in Totems or in my IInventory.

What do you suggest?

The screen shots we need are going to be the mail that you recieved, ans well as all purple totems. Please also note that the totems given arent usually already leveled, so it may be just a level 1 item. If you could upload them to somewhere like imagur, and give the link, we can work witih that!
