Dear xingsijia23,

there could be some steps that may solve your issue.

First of all make sure your internet connection is stable and then try the following steps with login retry after each step:

1. switch between mobile and wifi connection
2. restart your device
The next steps only if you have bound your account to Facebook, Twitter or Google Account as it will delete your saved login information:
3. reinstall Legacy of Discord
4. try another device if possible

If the problem still persists, please contact the customer service by creating a ticket either from the Website or (if you have another working account) through the in-game settings menu where with it says ''Support'' as you can see in the screenshot below:

They made an announcement about a month a ago that the iPhone 8 had display issues with the game. Don't know about the iPhone X.

It seems that the cause may be your internet connection is not very stable. Please try to switch your connection around and see if that solves your issue. Our support may take up to 3 days to respond to you, if you still receive no responses after 3 business days, feel free to come back here with your Character ID, Server ID and date of ticket.
